'A' grade vs 'B' Grade
Spot the difference!

Many products can be bought in either 'A' Grade or 'B' Grade.
'A' Grade products are brand new in an sealed box straight from the manufacturer (although we do occasionally open them up to inspect them as part of our ongoing quality assurance policy)
'B' Grade products come in 2 different forms. 'Box Damaged' or 'Refurbished'.
'Box Damaged' products are 'A' grade products (as above) but they may have a slightly squished box. The products will be in perfect condition. It is our normal practice to inspect them on arrival. Because they come in under the 'B' grade label, we get a discount which we pass on to the customer.
'Refurbished' product has physically been out to a customer who has then rejected it back to the manufacturer because it was either, faulty, marked, or just unwanted. The products are then repaired and tested and sent out again under the 'B' grade label. These products are in full working order and are checked when they arrive. Because they are 'B' grade 'Refurbished' you may find that they are not in the original packaging or there may be some small cosmetic damage. If we feel that they are not acceptable, then we will reject them back to the manufacturer.
